Sasha Vezenkov: “Every game we keep getting better”
After reaching the 2023 EuroLeague Final Four as a runner-up with Olympiacos, Sasha Vezenkov has made the leap to the NBA and is finding his place with the Sacramento Kings.
In his initial game against the Raptors, he came off the bench, scoring 12 points, and subsequently, he started against the Lakers.
Although Mike Brown’s team suffered losses in both preseason games, Vezenkov is determined to make the necessary adjustments.
“It’s good because it’s easy to play with guys who know basketball, they know how to share the ball and how to play high-pace. I’m always ready,” Vezenkov said about being put straight from the beginning on the court.
“Every game we keep getting better. It’s an adaptation time, coming overseas takes a little bit longer, but I’m feeling good.”
