Russian strikes destroyed three more energy facilities in Ukraine on Wednesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said, the latest in a string of attacks targeting the country’s power stations as officials warned residents to expect rolling blackouts.
Beginning Thursday, Ukrainians should limit their electricity consumption, Zelensky said, adding that local officials would confirm the scheduled outages. “We will do everything possible to restore the normal energy capabilities of our country,” he said.
