Rick Carlisle says Pacers improving defensively won’t happen overnight
Indiana Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle can already sense that turning the page defensively will need to take time (0-2 preseason record).

“The thing that’s killing us the most is the fouling. We’ve got to do a lot better job of that. We’re doing a decent job in some statistical areas, but as long as we keep putting them on the free throw line; we’re going to have big challenges. So, it’s not going to happen overnight defensively. We’ve just got to stay the course, get better, and keep working on it.”
