Raptors may trade Bruce Brown; Lakers interested
In the latest episode of the Woj Pod, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski discussed the upcoming trade deadline. One notable point he raised is the Toronto Raptors’ intention to potentially move Bruce Brown, whom they recently acquired. Among the interested teams, the Los Angeles Lakers have shown significant interest.
Wojnarowski revealed that the Lakers had attempted to sign Brown as a free agent, offering the Non-Taxpayer Mid-Level Exception (MLE) of approximately $12.4 million. Brown initially considered joining Los Angeles but ultimately chose the Indiana Pacers’ offer of a two-year, $45 million deal.
