The Giants’ defense has gotten off to a fairly strong start, leading the NFL in sacks (26) after six weeks. The Eagles are 20th in sacks allowed (2.8 per game) but will be without star tackle Jordan Mailata (hamstring) this week. The Giants’ pass rush will be without Kayvon Thibodeaux but Dexter Lawrence, Brian Burns, and Azeez Ojulari have been bringing the heat big-time the past two games.

Lawrence and Burns are dealing with injuries early in the week, so keep an eye out to see if either is in danger of missing the game.

The Giants have also been very stingy in the red zone, allowing opponents to score touchdowns just 41.67 percent of the time. Add that to the fact that the Eagles’ offense is 25th in red zone scoring and the total score could be low in this game.

In addition, the Eagles also have a -6 turnover differential this season, which could lead to the Giants creating some turnovers in this game.
