Paul George on LeBron James: “The league is his”
In the next few games LeBron James (38,210 career points) is set to replace Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (38,387 career points) as the NBA’s All-Time top scorer.
Clippers star Paul George talked about the upcoming milestone, also mentioning the impact that James had on the young players in the league.
“It’s just incredible… The league is his,” George said, per Tomer Azarly. “Stand-up guy, been amazing mentor, leader to a lot of us young guys and he’s been awesome. He’s been awesome. It’s great that he’ll be the scoring leader.”
This season James is averaging 30.2 points, 8.5 rebounds and 6.9 assists in 36.2 minutes per game.
