Patty Mills on playing without Kevin Durant
Kyrie Irving scored 26 points, seven rebounds and six assists, the Brooklyn Nets beat the Los Angeles Lakers 121-104 as LeBron James and Anthony Davis sit on Monday night.
After the game, the Nets veteran Patty Mills (21 points) shared his thoughts on what’s been different for the team this season going through a stretch without Kevin Durant who is out with sprained a ligament in his right knee.
“I think from a big-picture standpoint we’ve just worked out how to navigate the ship, I guess,” Mills said. “And it definitely does feel a lot different than last year in that sense.”
