Patrick Beverley ‘would like to be back’ to Minnesota – Fischer

Patrick Beverley returning to the Twin Cities in a possible circumstance is an ideal move for the feisty guard.

According to Jake Fischer in his Please Don’t Aggregate podcast (h/t HoopsHype), many sources have noted that Beverly would like to forge a reunion with the Minnesota Timberwolves.

“I’ve heard it from various people that he definitely would like to go back to Minnesota.”

In hopes of elevating their competitive status amid the solid one-year run they made last year, Beverley was shipped by Minnesota to the Utah Jazz in a blockbuster package that saw Rudy Gobert landing as a Timberwolf. The veteran guard is now playing under the flag of the Los Angeles Lakers after being traded afterwards.

Minnesota remains climbing up to their personal hill and adjustments off the arrival of Gobert. As they started the season slow, a morale-boosting one like Beverley may perhaps do some wonders in their hopes to attain that sky high aspirations of being a title contender

With Beverley being a frequent component of this season’s trade chatters, there might be chances that he’ll find himself back wearing a Minnesota uniform. A reconnection for both Beverley and the club can only be fitting given that already unbreakable bond that they’ve founded.
