‘Owning Manhattan’ Star Jordan March Says He Sent Beyoncé And Jay-Z The Listing For The $250 Million Central Park Tower Penthouse

One of Ryan Serhant‘s biggest undertakings in Owning Manhattan was listing a $250 million penthouse in Central Park Tower, which is the tallest residential building in the entire world. When he risked losing the listing to another brokerage in the hit Netflix series, Serhant enlisted his top agents to help him sell the seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom penthouse, offering a $10 million commission to whomever could successfully provide a buyer. But with the residence still on the market, the agents have begun promoting the listing to celebrities like Jay-Z and Beyoncé.

Jordan March, who is a managing partner of the Empire Collective Team at SERHANT, was one of the lucky agents the real estate mogul hand-selected for the gig.

“I was really humbled by it all,” March told DECIDER when he visited our studio. “I mean, we definitely put a lot of work in to get that recognition and to even be considered to be in [Serhant’s] inner circle for the people that he’d consider for his most important projects.”

March has been in the real estate industry for more than a decade and has closed over $1 billion in sales — and even he was still stunned by the penthouse, which boasts a view of six different states.

“If you’ve seen it, those who’ve seen the show, it only gives you a glimpse of what you really see in person,” he said. “The pictures and the videos don’t even for a second show how immense and how crazy it really is.”

Unfortunately, no one was able to sell the lofty apartment by the end of Owning Manhattan’s first season. But, according to March, the firm is still “actively selling it.” And they’ve even targeted a handful of A-listers who might be interested in making an offer!

“That has been just one of the coolest projects, to connect with billionaires all over the world,” March said. “You name it. We’ve been [sending] it to Jay-Z and Beyoncé and sending it to Mr. Wonderful [Kevin O’Leary] and sending it here and there.”

March teased that they are “definitely very close” to selling the space, but noted that fans will have to wait for a potential second season of Owning Manhattan to find out what happens.

Owning Manhattan is currently streaming on Netflix.
