Olympiacos beat Panathinaikos in the opener
Olympiacos Piraeus staged an impressive comeback, overcoming a 10-point deficit against Panathinaikos Athens.

Alec Peters’ tying layup and Kostas Sloukas’ missed shot at the fourth-quarter buzzer set the stage for an extra period.
The Reds dominated the overtime with a 0-12 run, securing an 88-78 victory and marking their sixth consecutive EuroLeague win over Panathinaikos.
This performance extended Olympiacos’ remarkable record against their archrival to 19-1.
Alec Peters shone with 17 points, 10 rebounds, four steals, and four assists, delivering his best EuroLeague performance in the Olympiacos jersey as a starter this season.
“It’s coming in the preseason I felt pretty good,” the American forward said. “Our team is so resilient.
“That end of the game there for us to come down the stretch and hit big shots, withstand their runs, rebound the ball. We had to be tough, myself included. It was a great way to end the game.”
