Nick Carter sobs amid Aaron Carter tribute at Backstreet Boys concert

Nick Carter cried during a touching tribute to Aaron Carter at a Backstreet Boys concert, one day after his late brother’s death.

The band played “No Place” during a Sunday show in London as photos of Nick and the “I Want Candy” singer played onscreen.

The 42-year-old was visibly emotional, sobbing as A.J. McLean, Brian Littrell and Howie Dorough hugged him.

As for Kevin Richardson, the musician spoke to the crowd.

“Tonight we’ve got heavy hearts because we lost one of our family members yesterday, and we just wanted to find a moment in our show to recognize him,” he said. “Nick’s little brother, Aaron Carter passed away yesterday.

“He’s a part of our family,” Richardson, 51, concluded.

Dorough, 49, chimed in, “We’d like to dedicate this song to our little brother, Aaron Carter. … May he rest in heaven.”

Earlier that same day, Nick posted throwback photos with Aaron via Instagram as he shared his “broken” heart with his followers.

“Even though my brother and I have had a complicated relationship, my love for him has never ever faded,” the Grammy nominee captioned the slideshow.

“I have always held on to the hope that he would somehow, someday want to walk a healthy path and eventually find the help that he so desperately needed.”

He went on to call “addiction and mental illness … the real villain” in the 34-year-old’s passing.

“Sometimes we want to blame someone or something for a loss,” Nick wrote. I will miss my brother more than anyone will ever know. I love you Chizz. Now you can finally have the peace you could never find here on earth….I love you baby brother.”

Aaron’s twin sister, Angel Carter, also posted to social media on Sunday, calling her sibling “funny” and “sweet.”

The “House of Carters” alum went on to write, “I have so many memories of you and I, and I promise to cherish them. I know you’re at peace now. I will carry you with me until the day I die and get to see you again.”

Aaron was found dead in his California home on Saturday. He is survived by son Prince, 11 months.

The “Dancing With the Stars” alum’s rep confirmed the news to Page Six, saying, “Aaron worked very hard towards the end of his life in recovery, to be a good father and to make amends with his family.”
