Nets may send Ben Simmons to G League for practice
The Brooklyn Nets star guard Ben Simmons is nearing a return to the Brooklyn Nets, with Jacque Vaughn hinting at using the Long Island Nets for practice before his comeback.
Simmons, sidelined since November 6 due to recurring back issues, might undergo a rehab assignment with the G League team before rejoining the Nets, who remain optimistic about his return this season.
“At some point I think we’ll use Long Island, hopefully, to get a practice underneath him or get some more bodies around him.
