NBA finalizes $76B, 11-year deal with ESPN, NBC, and Amazon
The NBA has secured $76 billion contracts with ABC/ESPN, NBC, and Amazon over 11 seasons, according to Andrew Marchand of The Athletic. The league’s governors are expected to approve the agreements formally. ESPN and TNT Sports pay a combined $2.6 billion for a nine-season deal.
Once finalized, TNT Sports may attempt to match, likely targeting Amazon’s package. The new deals will provide nationally televised NBA games nearly every day. NBC will air games on Tuesdays, with exclusive Monday games on Peacock.
