‘Million Dollar Listing LA’ Star Josh Flagg Sends ‘WWHL’ Into Awkward Silence By Shading ‘Selling Sunset’: “I Only Like To Watch Licensed Real Estate Brokers”

Awkward silence befell the Bravo Clubhouse during Thursday night’s (June 25) episode of the Watch What Happens Live: After Show as Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star Josh Flagg shaded the stars of Netflix‘s Selling Sunset.

Two virtual fans rang into the show to ask Flagg if he’s seen Ryan Serhant‘s Owning Manhattan, and how he felt about the Million Dollar Listing New York alum saying he’d poach Tracy Tutor for his show when he was on WWHL.

“Take ‘em,” Flagg said, before admitting that he has “not watched” Owning Manhattan.

Host Andy Cohen then asked Flagg if he had ever watched Selling Sunset, to which he replied, “No, I only like to watch licensed real estate brokers.”

Cohen smiled and clapped at the snarky comment, while a few audience members let out some “ooo’s.” When the room was eventually filled with silence, Flagg fired off, “So how about them apples?” before Cohen quickly ended the show.

Flagg shared another awkward moment with Cohen while chatting about the auction of his bestie (and former Real Housewives of New York City star) Sonja Morgan‘s iconic townhouse.

“I was sad. That was the Eastern White House,” Flagg said, to which Cohen reminded him, “Well, I mean, the White House is in the East.”

Flagg playfully accused Cohen of “always trying to make [him] look stupid,” before dishing on his final days in Morgan’s townhouse — which was ultimately auctioned for $4.5 million.

“I stayed there about a month-and-a-half ago to say goodbye to it,” he revealed. “It was really sad because I’d wake up in the morning — and Sonja wasn’t even there — and there would be like realtors coming in the bedroom and it was all empty. But I kind of wanted to say goodbye to it because [there were] so many memories.”

Flagg added that he thinks the house “sold cheap.”

Watch What Happens Live airs Sunday through Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
