Mark Daigneault on Isaiah Joe: “He’s got a very mature floor game”
Oklahoma City Thunder head coach Mark Daigneault talked about Isaiah Joe’s big night after their 126-106 home win vs. the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday (23 points/4 rebounds/1 assist/2 steals/1 block/7-12 FG/7-12 3-PT/2-2 FT).

“I think his confidence comes from the fact that he hunts shots and he takes a very predictable diet of them. He’s got a very mature floor game for a guy that shoots it like that. He really doesn’t take a lot of bad ones. He got one blocked tonight that I would consider a shot obviously that wasn’t open, but he makes the right plays too. I thought when he went back in the game in the 4th, obviously the car was off the road a little bit there. His defense was what really changed the game. He got those two deflections at the nail, and it just speaks to the fact that there’s more to him than just the shot-making, but obviously that’s really potent and helps us.”
