Manu Ginobili didn’t know he was drafted
Many NBA players never forget being selected on draft night, but San Antonio Spurs legend Manu Ginobili had a far different experience than most back in 1999.

“I didn’t even know that was draft day to tell you the truth. Nobody told me that I had a chance of being drafted, so I didn’t even consider it. And I remember waking up the following day and being told that I was drafted at the 57th pick.”
