Manchester United ran out comfortable 2-0 winners against Sean Dyche’s Everton at Old Trafford on Saturday, further consolidating their position in the race for top four.
The Red Devils now eagerly await the arrival of Europa League specialists Sevilla for their highly anticipated quarter final first leg at Old Trafford on Friday.
With the Glazers finally looking to relinquish control of the club after a dastardly two decade long spell at the helm, things are looking bright for the red half of Manchester.
Following their takeover, United will be on the lookout for reinforcements in the summer, and a number of names have been linked with the club in recent months.
Two more can now be added to the mix, with sources having confirmed to Teamtalk that the Red Devils are hopeful of signing Watford teenage duo, Harry Amass and Adrian Blake this summer.
Amass, 15, has already trained with Watford’s senior team and is also being closely monitored by Chelsea, Arsenal and West Ham.
Following our recent report, United remain the favoured destination for the current England Under-16 international.
The 20-time-European-Champions are also hoping to steal a march on their rivals by signing 17-year-old Blake after being told that he will be allowed to leave Watford this summer.
Arsenal and Tottenham have also tracked the winger who currently plays for Watford’s Under-18s, while regularly featuring for the Under-21 side.
However, United remain confident that they can convince Blake to join the Erik ten Hag revolution at Old Trafford.
The Red Devils have a long and storied tradition when it comes to fielding young blood.
Busby’s Babes and Fergie’s Fledglings dominated the game for decades at a stretch, winning multiple major honours, gathering envious glances from the rest of Europe.
United have continued to rely heavily upon the young lads from Carrington, with the likes of Marcus Rashford, Alejandro Garnacho, Anthony Elanga, Scott McTominay and recently, Kobiee Mainoo all playing a major part in proceedings this term.
The young Hornets could soon join them in making fresh history at the Theatre of Dreams.
