Kwame Brown: Kamala Harris won’t pay your bills just because she’s black
Kwame Brown is calling out black celebrity “gatekeepers” who he says are “shaming” people into voting for Kamala Harris solely because she’s black. The former Laker argues that “Kamala’s skin color won’t pay for our groceries.”
In a video posted Monday, he specifically criticized comedians Ricky Smiley, DL Hughley, and Steve Harvey, accusing them of pushing the black vote for Harris based on race rather than what’s best for the black community.
Brown also criticized Harris for prioritizing government grants and contracts for the Asian community over the needs of the black community.
