Kelly Ripa Jokes This Bedtime Activity is “Ruining” Her and Mark Consuelos’ Relationship
Kelly Ripa wants a little more pillow talk with Mark Conseuelos.
During a recent episode of the couple’s Live with Kelly & Mark talk show, the 53-year-old opened up on the pair’s problems in the bedroom—and noted that it’s one facing a lot of couples today.
“You want to hear about the bedtime habit that’s ruining our relationship—and it’s not sex?” Kelly asked the audience during the Aug. 29 pre-recorded episode of the series. “It’s called parallel scrolling, it’s when we are side by side in the bed, scrolling parallel.”
And Kelly—who shares Michael, 27, Lola, 23, and Joaquin, 21, with Mark—noted that the couple’s habit, according to studies, is actually, “decreasing the chances of intimacy and affection.”
Still, the talk show host admitted that scrolling in bed is one of her guilty pleasures—and even took time to specify a bad habit within her bad habit.
“What it proves to me is what you often accuse me of,” she continued to Mark. “Which is when you click on something and the volume is at full blast and you don’t turn it down, that’s what you accuse me of.”
