Joe Manganiello Shares Stance on Having Kids After Sofía Vergara Split
Joe Manganiello is looking forward to embracing another role in the future.
The True Blood star, who recently opened up about whether having kids became a defining point in his breakup from ex Sofía Vergara, shared his stance on one day becoming a dad.
“It’s something that’s definitely on the docket,” Joe said during the July 24 episode of the Podcrushed podcast, “you know, at some point.”
As Joe—who is currently dating Caitlin O’Connor—explained, the aspect of fatherhood “was never not on the table.”
“At every stage in life that was always something that was always talked about,” he added. “That was always on the forefront of any serious relationship that I got into.”
In fact, Joe shared that he would bring up the topic early on since he’s “always wanted to be a father,” jokingly adding that he has “big dad energy.”
“I think I have a lot to give,” he continued, “in that department.”
Joe’s latest comments on parenthood come shortly after he shared his perspective on the end of his seven-year marriage to Sofía.
