Jimmy Butler on Julius Randle’s game-winner: “That’s just the karma of the game”

With 1.1 seconds left to play in the fourth quarter, the Heat led by one point against the Knicks, but Julius Randle made a game-winning three-pointer to give New York a two-point win.

Jimmy Butler, who led Miami with 33 points, almost forced Randle to commit a turnover, but the center recovered and managed to win the game for his team.

“That’s just the karma of the game when he’s having a night like he was having,” Butler said after the game, via Miami Herald. “You knock the ball loose, somehow someway it ends up in his shooting pocket and he turns and shoots it.”

It was the eighth straight win for the Knicks while the Heat lost for the second time in a row.
