“Jersey Shore” star Angelina Pivarnick pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge related to a domestic violence incident in June at the New Jersey home she shares with fiancé Vinny Tortorella.

The reality star, 38, pleaded guilty during her appearance at the Freehold Township Municipal Court on Tuesday, per the Asbury Park Press.

The outlet reported the judge ruled for a conditional dismissal, which means the guilty plea will be erased from Pivarnick’s record should she meet certain probational requirements over the next year.

The prosecutor also reportedly filed a motion to dismiss four other charges she was facing: obstruction of the administration of law, resisting arrest, simple assault and criminal mischief.

Pivarnick’s attorney, James Leonard Jr., did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

However, he told the Daily Mail Tuesday that his client “admitted that on the night in question she created a minor disturbance in her own home.”

Pivarnick had also been charged with obstruction of the administration of law, resisting arrest, simple assault and criminal mischief.

“This conduct as described does not constitute a criminal offense in the State of New Jersey,” he added.

“We are very happy with this result and she is grateful that the matter is now behind her.”

Police were called to Pivarnick’s home on June 2 for a domestic dispute. Tortorella was at the residence when law enforcement arrived, but it’s unclear if he was a victim.

According to the Ashbury Park Press, the police complaint claimed the victim — whose name was redacted — suffered “bodily injury” due to Pivarnick “striking him with her hands/fists causing scratches, redness and complaint of pain to the victim’s hands.”

The complaint also alleged Pivarnick attacked a “vehicle with her hands causing damage under $500,” per the outlet.

The TV personality was charged with resisting arrest because she allegedly refused to comply with the instructions of the officers after being taken into custody.

After her arrest in June, her attorney told Page Six the “very minor incident” was “exacerbated by an adverse reaction to prescribed over-the-counter medication.”

In September, Pivarnick told us she does not plan to watch the new “Jersey Shore” episodes out of fear that her legal troubles will be televised.

“Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” Season 7 premiered on MTV Sept. 19 and has not yet referenced the drama.

The June domestic incident is not the first for Pivarnick and Tortorella. She called the cops on him in August 2023 after an alleged altercation.

However, she declined to press charges when officers arrived.

The pair got engaged in April 2023 while celebrating her divorce from her ex-husband, Chris Larangeira.
