Jazz, 76ers decline interest in Zach LaVine amid contract and injury concerns
The Utah Jazz and Philadelphia 76ers are reportedly not pursuing Chicago Bulls’ swingman Zach LaVine, despite earlier speculations.
According to Marc Stein’s report on Substack, LaVine’s ongoing five-year, $215 million contract and recent foot surgery have deterred potential interest from both teams.
League sources have indicated that Philadelphia remains uninterested in LaVine, while Utah’s reported interest has been dismissed.
LaVine, 29, endured a challenging 2023-24 season, playing only 25 games before undergoing season-ending foot surgery.
