Jason Kidd on his Jaylen Brown comment: “That’s not mental warfare”
Dallas Mavericks head coach Jason Kidd made a comment after Game 1 of the NBA Finals, saying that Jaylen Brown is the Boston Celtics best player.
This remark caused waves in the media and within the Celtics with Jayson Tatum viewing Kidd’s comment as an attempt to drive wedge between him and Brown.
But according to Kidd, there was no ill intent in what he said. On the contrary, it was his honest assessment.
