Nicolas Jackson fired home his first Premier League goal of 2025 to give Chelsea a half-time lead over Everton.
The Senegal international ended a 13-game goal drought going back to December 2024 after finding the net with a neat finish from 20 yards to give Enzo Maresca’s side the advantage at Stamford Bridge.
After a largely uneventful opening 25-minutes, Beto was dispossessed close to the halfway line by Enzo Fernandez. The Argentinian immediately released Jackson, who fired confidently into the bottom corner to score his tenth league goal of the season.
What a strike that is 👏

Chelsea are targeting a top five finish to secure a Champions League qualifying place next term.
The Blues are currently two points behind fifth-placed Newcastle but could leapfrog the Magpies – at least temporarily – with victory over the Toffees.
Maresca has come under fire for performances and results of late, but the Italian has led Chelsea to the semi-final of the Europa Conference League and are firm favourites to lift the trophy.
Chelsea’s league fate also appears to be in their own hands, with their end of season run-in mainly consisting of fixtures against sides around them in the table.
They meet Liverpool in between Conference League games against Djurgarden, before going up against Newcastle, Manchester United and Nottingham Forest.
