After a long-standing complication between him and the Brooklyn Nets, Kyrie Irving is back in the gym and reportedly juicing it up for a potential major year in his career.

Sources told Bally Sports’ Brandon Robinson that Irving is working out and “focused” on establishing an MVP-type of 2022-2023 season with the Nets.

Following his departure from the Cleveland Cavaliers, Irving developed a hazy reputation of being an All-star guard with major issues.

There is no doubt that the seven-time All-star possesses a generational talent, but unavailabilities and controversies keep swarming on him in reaching his full potential.

He had his best seasons in Brooklyn, averaging 27.1 points, 6.1 assists, 4.7 boards and 1.4 steals in 49/40/92 shooting splits in the past three years, but another title and an MVP recognition will definitely make wonders in his case of becoming an All-time great.

As such, given the fact that he had a downing 2021-22 season due to COVID vaccine fiasco, Irving is ready to blast it up – combined by that urgency to produce more to raise his value entering the last year of his contract.
