How we graded Big Blue in Week 10 loss to Panthers
For the second time this season, the Giants failed to score a single point in the first half. This was also the first game all season that the Giants committed three turnovers.
Daniel Jones was credited with the first two turnovers as he did not have his best game in Allianz Arena. Several times he was given a clean pocket but failed to connect with open receivers as his attempts were often off target.
For the fifth time this season, Jones finished the game with zero passing touchdowns. He finished with a stat line of 190 passing yards, two interceptions, and a lowly 50.5 passer rating.
To give the former sixth overall pick a partial out, the second interception was the fault of rookie running back Tyrone Tracy Jr. who dropped a pass in the red zone. It was a roller coaster of a game for the 2024 fifth-round pick, as he totaled 104 yards and a touchdown on 19 touches but also fumbled the ball in overtime leading to a Panthers victory.
The rushing attack was the only positive of the day as Tracy Jr. and Devin Singletary combined for 143 rushing yards and a touchdown on 26 attempts. Jones also added 26 rushing yards and a touchdown on seven attempts.
