How to Find Everything In Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Breath of the Wild was the first Zelda game that gave us the chance to freely explore the big beautiful land of Hyrule. Tears of the Kingdom expands upon that same glorious open world by adding entirely new sections in the sky and underground that you can explore. All of that room to roam means that there are a lot of things to find across every region of Hyrule.

Although you can certainly explore the game yourself and naturally discover the different shrines, items, and secrets the game has to offer, there’s an easier way to find things. We have all of the maps and location guides you need to find pretty much everything in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

Use Our Interactive Tears of the Kingdom Map

The easiest way to find Shrines, Korok Seeds, Towers, and just about everything else in Tears of the Kingdom is by utilizing our interactive map of Hyrule. You can toggle to find specific key locations, armor, shops, collectibles, and more. It’s a great tool for figuring out where you need to go without having to wander around aimlessly.

Skyview Tower Locations

If you’re hoping to unlock areas of the map in the game, the first thing you’ll need to do is find all of the Skyview Towers across Hyrule. There are a total of 15 Skyview Towers that will allow you to uncover the sky and surface maps for each region.

Shrine Locations

If you’re hoping to increase your heart container and stamina capacity, you’ll need to find and complete as many Shrine quests as possible. There are a total of 152 Shrines in Tears of the Kingdom located both on the ground and in the sky, so completely them all is no easy feat.

You can use our guide to all Shrine locations in Tears of the Kingdom to make your search easier and drill down to a specific walkthrough if there’s a specific puzzle giving you trouble.

Korok Seed Locations

Similar to Breath of the Wild, Tears of the Kingdom has Korok Seeds hidden across Hyrule. There are a lot of Korok Seeds to find, and you will need them to trade with Hestu for inventory expansion as the game progresses.

You can use our handy guide to all Korok Seed locations hidden across the map or drill down to a specific area of the map. We recommend starting with all of the Great Sky Island Korok Seeds if you’re just getting started.

Armor Locations

One of the most important collectible items in Tears of the Kingdom is armor. There are quite a few different armor sets both available for purchase or hiding in treasure chests across Hyrule — some of which offer some very helpful benefits.

Great Fairy Fountain Locations

Once you have armor that you like, the next step is upgrading that armor. Similar to Breath of the Wild, there are once again Great Fairy Fountains located across Hyrule that allow you to upgrade your equipment. There are some specific requirements that need to be met to activate these fountains, including becoming a reporter for the Lucky Clover Gazette.

All Dragon’s Tears Locations

Similar to the Captured Memories quest in BotW, Tears of the Kingdom has a side quest that has you looking for Dragon’s Tears across Hyrule. Each of these tears unlocks a vision that unravels more of the story. You’ll kick off this collection journey by starting the Impa and the Geoglyphs quest.

Sages Will Locations

If you have not completed any of the Regional Phenomena quests, then you don’t need to concern yourself with finding Sage’s Will just yet. If you have, however, you will likely want to start seeking these out so you can trade them in for upgraded special abilities.

Towns and Stables

Although there are characters roaming the many roads of Hyrule, most folks will be located in the various towns and stables. Since not all of the stables are located in the same places as they were in Breath of the Wild, you may need help finding all of them.
