Hornets acquire players, picks, and cash in multi-team trade
The Charlotte Hornets have agreed to acquire three second-round picks along with Daquan Jeffries, Charlie Brown, and Duante Washington Jr. as part of a complex multi-team trade involving the New York Knicks and the Minnesota Timberwolves.
This deal is centered around the Timberwolves trading Karl-Anthony Towns to the Knicks in exchange for Julius Randle, Donte DiVincenzo, and a future first-round pick from the Detroit Pistons.
As part of the trade, the Knicks will send two second-round picks to the Hornets, while the Timberwolves will contribute one.
