“Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Heather Gay is clarifying that “crazy story” about Jen Shah’s husband, Sharrieff Shah, allegedly trying to kiss Monica Garcia, which is detailed in the snowflake holder’s new book, “Good Time Girl.”

“I just told it as a reporter would with not a lot of emotion in what went down because those were her words. And that’s the thing that she told multiple people and [it was] reported back to me,” Gay, 50, tells Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea,” emphasizing that she was not the one who made the claim.

“That’s the thing that [Garcia] told multiple people and [it was] reported back to me.”

In response to a portion of netizens who seem to believe that the hearsay started with Gay, she says that couldn’t be further from the truth.

“I told that story like a true crime podcaster! I just took the information, all of it,” she reiterates. “I was Monica’s friend until [I discovered she was behind the Bravo fan account “Reality Von Tease”], you know? So I took all the information as it came in and was like, ‘Let’s look at this.’ Because the timeline was long and it was a crazy, crazy story.”

In “Good Time Girl” — Gay’s sophomore literary effort following her New York Times bestselling memoir “Bad Mormon,” published in 2023 — the author writes about an alleged encounter between Garcia, 40, who once worked for now-jailed felon Jen, 51, as part of her “Shah Squad,” and Sharrieff, 53.

“In a final Hail Mary attempt for a handout she reached out to Jen’s husband Sharrieff,” Gay pens in a chapter titled, “Receipts! Proof! Timeline! Screenshots!,” covering the breakdown of Garcia’s relationship with Jen.

“Supposedly, they agreed to meet up in the parking lot of a gas station and, according to Monica, the exchange quickly turned romantic. She claims he tried to kiss her, but she pushed him off, saying, ‘We can’t.’ Sharrieff got out of the car and immediately left.”

Per Gay, “no one believed” Garcia, who was allegedly “getting desperate and was known for cranking up the delusion when cornered.”

The Shahs “categorically [denied]” Garcia’s claim in a Nov. 27 statement to People.

“Coach Shah has never had or attempted to have a romantic relationship with Monica at any time. Both my clients Jen and Sharrieff Shah have ignored the continuous attempts for bait by Monica and others for storyline,” a rep for the pair wrote in part.

“Jen continues to remain consistent with her journey of positive rehabilitation, and will not entertain frivolous narratives from those seeking a rise from her or her family.”

The purported smooch attempt had nothing to do with Jen and Garcia’s fallout, Gay writes in her second tome.

Gay claims that Jen — who is currently serving time in federal prison for orchestrating a decade-long, nationwide telemarketing scheme — “pulled away” from Garcia after she requested proper compensation for being the Shahs’ assistant.

Later, Garcia sought revenge on Jen by creating Reality Von Tease, a now-defunct Instagram page with a mission to expose the fraudster while also spreading gossip about the “RHOSLC” cast.

Gay unearthed Garcia’s sordid internet activity in epic fashion in the Season 4 finale, leaving no space for the rookie star to return for another season.

Gay hasn’t heard from Garcia since losing her legal battle with the Beauty Lab and Laser co-founder last month.

The med spa, which Gay has co-owned since 2017, filed a lawsuit against Garcia in August 2023 for breach of contract and breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing after she decided not to pay for her nose and lip injection services rendered in 2020.

In the original filing, the med spa asked for “not less than $2,000” for the 10 months worth of $200 payments that she did not make.

Garcia then countersued Gay’s business, claiming it delivered “botched” nose and lip injections.

As part of the judge’s November ruling, Garcia was ordered to pay $35,853.60 to Gay and Beauty Lab. The total reflects Beauty Lab’s principal asking amount of $2,000 with interest calculated at 18 percent, $604.98 in costs and fees associated with the lawsuit and Gay’s attorney’s fees which added up to $31,550.

“I haven’t heard from her at all. We had our legal thing and I only saw her at a deposition and that’s the last time I’ve seen her or heard from her,” Gay tells “Virtual Reali-Tea.”

“But that was settled, too, so that’s great.”

“Good Time Girl” is in stores now. “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo with new episodes available to stream the next day on Peacock.
