Giants’ Malik Nabers throws hands with Lions’ Kerby Joseph
One day after the New York Giants and Detroit Lions engaged in up to eight fights during their first joint practice, they were back at it. And once again, hands were thrown.
Nearly one-and-a-half hours into an otherwise calm practice, things popped off as Giants rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers threw hands with Lions safety Kerby Joseph.

The fight started after Nabers failed to haul in a tough catch in the endzone that was well-defended by rookie cornerback Terrion Arnold, who left Monday’s practice after taking a big block from left tackle Andrew Thomas.
On his way back to the huddle, Arnold appeared to say something to Nabers who was also being approached by Joseph. Nabers gave him a palm to the facemask and it was on from there with wild punches being thrown by both.
Shortly after the Nabers-Joseph blowup, several other fights and scuffles also broke out.

Lions head coach Dan Campbell pulled defensive lineman Levi Onwuzurike, while Giants head coach Brian Daboll also yanked Nabers off the field.
Even with the coaches stepping in, things continued to spiral with wide receiver Gunner Olszewski on the wrong end of some jabs courtesy of who appeared to be cornerback Morice Norris. Later, linebacker Kayvon Thibodeaux found himself in a fight as well.
