Giants come up short in bid to end Cowboys’ reign of dominance

Cornerbacks Dru Phillips and Adoree’ Jackson were ruled out this week, both with calf injuries. Wide receiver Darius Slayton (thumb) was active and played.

Rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers was shaken up attempting to make a fourth down catch along the sideline and was evaluated in the blue medical tent afterward. He walked under his own power to the locker room but was reported to have a concussion after the game.

Defensive lineman D.J. Davidson left the game with an unspecified injury (as of this writing).

Other than that, the Giants came away pretty much unscathed in this game. They don’t play their next game for another 10 days, so they’ll have pantry of time to rest up.
