Eminem’s Daughter Hailie Jade Is Pregnant, Expecting First Baby With Evan McClintock
Hailie Jade Scott is embarking on a beautiful new chapter.
The 28-year-old daughter of Eminem—who announced that she’s expecting her first child with husband Evan McClintock Oct. 3—shared on her podcast Just A Little Shady that she’s pregnant with a baby boy.
The couple popped a balloon to reveal blue confetti before announcing, “It’s a boy!”
“We’re so excited, too. When we found out, Evan was like, ‘They’re going to hunt with me. They’re going to go golfing with me. I’ve got a little buddy,'” Hailie shared. “I was like, ‘OK, well they’re still going to Target with me.'”
Evan noted, “Whether it was a girl or boy, I would have made them do it. Or hoped they would want to do it at least.”
The podcast host—whose mother is Eminem’s ex Kim Scott—announced that she’s pregnant in the music video for her father’s latest single, “Temporary,” which he sweetly dedicated to her.
“A lot of people ask me, am I afraid of death? / The truth is, I think what scares me the most is not being able to say all the things I wanna say to you when I’m no longer here,” Eminem raps on the intro to the song at the beginning of the video. “So, this song is for Hailie, for when that day comes.”
