Draymond Green: 2017 Warriors would have beaten 1998 Bulls ‘by a dub’ and Jazz by 40 points

Draymond Green is famous for saying controversial things. The Warriors forward does not hold back when it comes to expressing his thoughts. His recent tweet will likely cause a debate among NBA analysts.

Green watched the 1998 NBA Finals between Michael Jordan’s Bulls and the Jazz and made a bold claim afterwards. According to him, the 2017 Warriors team would beat the 1998 Chicago by double digits and the Jazz by 40 points if they played the kind of basketball that was played back in the day.

“I’m watching the 98 Bulls vs Utah in the Finals… I can’t help but notice our 2017 team would’ve beaten these Bulls by a dub and these Jazz by 40 if they’re going to play these brands of basketball. And that’s why it’s dumb to compare Era’s,” the four-time NBA champion tweeted.
