Dorit Kemsley Accuses Sutton Stracke Of Trying To Cause “Friction And Issues” In ‘RHOBH’ Season 14

Andy Cohen has spent months teasing a “very activated” Dorit Kemsley on the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills — and it looks like he might be right. After Sutton Stracke claimed Kemsley caused the most drama this season, the latter accused her co-star of purposely creating “friction and issues” within the group.

It’s no secret that Kemsley and Stracke have had their problems over the years, all starting with the time Stracke told Kemsley to “let the mouse go” back in Season 10. But Season 14 seems to put them at odds once again. As Stracke recently said, “I think it’s going to be a lot of Dorit versus … everyone. It’s a lot of Dorit versus Kyle, but I think it’s a lot of Dorit versus Sutton,” per Vulture.

According to Kemsley — who is also feuding with Kyle Richards — Stracke naming her as the Housewife who causes the most drama this season is a perfect example of the “pot calling the kettle black.”

“It’s very interesting — as are a lot of things that come out of Sutton’s mouth,” Kemsley told DECIDER over a recent Zoom interview. “I don’t think she knows what comes out of her mouth half the time, if I’m honest. And I think you’ll see that throughout the season.”

The fashion designer also speculated that Stracke “likes the attention” she gets when she stirs the pot.

“She likes to do whatever she needs to do to cause friction and issues,” Kemsley said. “And I think that if that makes for a better season then no problem — as long as you can also deal with the consequences. Because you can’t do that and then run or bail or hide or try to pin it on someone else. So, I think that’s fun and well and more power to the person that wants to do it for — can I say shits and giggles?”

Kemsley noted that shows like this “always need one of those” Housewives who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, though she would like Stracke to “take more accountability” for her actions.

“Well, Sutton — she enjoys it. There are actually people that enjoy it. She is one of them. And more power to her,” Kemsley said. “But I would like to see her taking a little bit more accountability for some of the things that she says and does, because I think that’s where it gets tricky.”

It’s safe to say these women won’t be “letting the mouse go” any time soon.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 14 premieres Tuesday, Nov. 19 on Bravo.
