Devin Booker impressed by Scoot Henderson’s potential
Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker recently expressed his admiration for young talent Scoot Henderson from the Portland Trail Blazers following a preseason matchup between the two teams.
Booker, who has been closely following Henderson’s journey since his time with the G League Ignite last season, sees great potential in the promising rookie.
“Watched him when he was in the G League. I think he’s going to be really good. Obviously we all have some things to learn but it looks like he loves the game, has a high IQ for it, a body built for [it] and his athleticism is off the charts,” Booker said, per Kellan Olson.
Henderson finished the game against the Suns with 22 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists in 31 minutes of play.
