Cooper desperate for Leicester to record third league win
Leicester boss Steve Cooper is hopeful the Foxes can pick up their third win in the Premier League this weekend.
The Midlands side travel to Ipswich, another struggling team in 2024-25.
Their two wins so far have come against Bournemouth and Southampton, crucial wins as they bid to survive.
And Cooper is confident they can get on a roll in the top flight.
Speaking ahead of the game, he said: “I think they are all significant because whoever you play, you get that win and it can make such a difference, as we’ve seen with the two wins we’ve got already.
“I understand what you’re saying but three points are three points and you’ve got to give everything to get the next one, whoever you’re playing.

“That’s always going to be the objective, the first objective is to get a win in a game that you play.
“This is one where we’re looking forward to go to Ipswich and playing, for sure, because we really want to get that third win. We’re determined to do it.
“The games are going to come around quick, but in some ways I think that can be a positive thing.”
Cooper will not be on the touchline for the game after being booked in the Carabao Cup defeat to Manchester United in the week.
But the boss is not letting that stop his side from being full prepared.
He added: “We haven’t had confirmation that is going to be the case.
“If it is, we will deal with it. It’s fairly common in the modern game. You’ll see it most weeks up and down the leagues. We’ll take it as it comes.
“It highlights the decision-making of referees. That’s why these things happen.
“It won’t be a new experience for the players, they had it last season as well. We’ve come up against teams that have had managers upstairs as well so it’s our turn to deal with it.”
