Colin Jost roasted his wife, Scarlett Johansson, during the latest “Saturday Night Live” skit as the actress watched from backstage.
In the “Weekend Update” segment, comedians Michael Che and Jost read jokes they wrote each other on live TV.
“I want to dedicate this next joke to my boo, Scarlett Johansson,” Jost hesitantly said, as the camera cut to the Disney star, who shook her head while watching from backstage.
“No! No! Oh my gosh, she’s so genuinely worried!” he added while breaking character.
“Hey boo, y’all know Scarlett just celebrated her 40th birthday, which means I’m about to get up out of there,” Jost continued, unable to control his laughter as Johansson appeared confused.
“We just had a kid together and y’all ain’t see no pictures of him yet ’cause he Black as hell.”
A photoshopped snap of the “Black Widow” star, 40, and Jost, 42, posing with a Black child popped up on the screen and the latter was unable to control his laughter.
Jost also quipped about his wife’s postpartum lady parts.
“Costco has removed their roast beef sandwich from its menu, but I ain’t tripping. I be eating roast beef every night since my wife had the kid … Nah, nah, I just playin’ baby. You know I don’t go downtown! Shiz! That’s gay as hell!”
Johansson’s mouth dropped open while listening to her husband’s lines.
The duo met on the set of “SNL” when the actress hosted an episode in 2017. They tied the knot three years later.
In August 2021, the couple welcomed their son, Cosmo, after sources told Page Six they were keeping the pregnancy “very quiet” and “very low profile.”
Johansson also shares daughter Rose, 10, with ex-husband and French journalist Romain Dauriac, whom she was married to from 2014 to 2017.
She was also previously married to Ryan Reynolds from 2008 to 2011, though they don’t share kids together.
Jost, who has hosted “SNL” since 2005, has previously cracked jokes about his famous wife on the late-night comedy series.
In May, Che wrote another grueling joke about Johansson, which Jost was forced to read aloud without pre-approving.
“ChatGBT has released a new voice assistant feature inspired by Scarlett Johansson’s AI character in ‘Her,’” Jost said while laughing. “Which I’ve never bothered to watch, because without that body, what’s the point of listening?”
Johansson later shared she “blacked out” when her photo appeared on the screen at “SNL.”
