Christine Quinn seemingly shades ex Christian Richard amid messy divorce
Christine Quinn seemed to be living her best life while simultaneously shading her ex Christian Richard in an Instagram Reel she shared Thursday.
“Remember ladies, while you’re healing he’s balding,” the former “Selling Sunset” star wrote atop a video of herself stretched out across a couch on a large boat anchored in turquoise blue water.
“Correction ‘Still Balding’ 👨🦲,” she added in the comments section.
Quinn, 35, modeled a tiny pink two-piece in the video, which was set to Charli XCX’s “360.” She confirmed she was enjoying her Charli-inspired “brat summer” with multiple related hashtags in her caption as well.
The reality star is currently going through a nasty divorce from Richard, who filed papers in April and cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. He also asked a judge to award him sole legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old son, Christian Georges Dumontet.
He filed for divorce shortly after being arrested for assault with a deadly weapon at his and Quinn’s Los Angeles home. Page Six confirmed that he had tried throwing a glass bottle at Quinn but miss and hit their son instead.
While Richard was swiftly released after being detained, he was taken into custody again less than two days later for returning to the family home despite Quinn having a restraining order against him.
Quinn later accused her estranged husband of surveilling her by hiding tiny cameras and Apple AirTags throughout their residence and even hiring a security guard to keep tabs on her.
In June, she again accused him of hiring a man to show up at their house — where she was still residing — to “scare, intimidate, harass and disturb” her.
By then, Richard had officially been charged with child abuse/endangerment, assault and violation of a protection order for his arrests in March.
This week, he asked a judge to temporarily drop the retaining order against him so that he could access the house in which Quinn has been living because he was allegedly hit with “a utility bill in excess of $10,000.”
In his court filing, he alleged his lawyers attempted to contact the Netflix star’s legal team to rectify the matter but received no response.
He owns the property solely and is responsible for it. His court filing claimed he is facing “daily criminal fines from the Los Angeles Vector Control since July 18, 2024, for the abandonment and lack of upkeep to the property.”
In the same filing, he asked that Quinn pay him $29,000 per month to stay at the home.
