Charlie Sheen’s Twin Sons Make Rare Appearance With Mom Brooke Mueller

Brooke Mueller recently spent some quality time with her and ex Charlie Sheen’s 15-year-old twin sons, Bob and Max.
The actress posed for a rare photo with her boys on Aug. 17 at her 47th birthday party, which took place at the Beverly Hills home of Brooke’s mother, Moira Fiore, and her stepfather, Jon Fiore.
The birthday girl donned a white lace dress for the festivities, which included guests Sugar Ray Leonard and comedy duo Cheech and Chong, while her sons wore matching gray T-shirts, wearing their brown hair in the signature teen boy flip.
Brooke, who was married to the Two and a Half Men star from 2008 to 2011, told reporters of turning 47, “I’m very grateful for my kids.”
The Witchouse star has stayed out of the spotlight in recent years after several stints in rehab for substance abuse struggles.
In 2013, the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services removed the twins from Brooke’s home, and they were placed in the custody of Denise Richards, who was married to Charlie from 2002 to 2006.
