Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky are proof that the holiday season can bring people together. 

The estranged couple—who announced their separation earlier this year— celebrated Thanksgiving together, as seen in videos shared to social media. 

For her part, in a clip Kyle shared to her Nov. 23 Instagram Story showing off three German Shepard dogs at her house for the holiday, Mauricio can be seen chatting with a friend at their kitchen island. The Dancing with the Stars alum also shared a video to his own Story, during which he and Kyle show off their Thanksgiving spread. 

“Okay! The turkey has been cut,” Mauricio says in his selfie-style video, before asking Kyle to lift up the lids of their buffet containers. “Can you lift up the turkey? Oooh. We’re good!”

The real estate broker also shared a message of thanks to to his Story, in which he wrote, “I’m grateful and thankful for life, I am grateful for all the love and energy. [Thanksgiving] is one of my favorite holidays because it reminds us all to have gratitude.”

Kourtney Kardashian, 44, and Travis Barker, 48, conceived their first child together without “trying,” according to Kourtney’s confessional on the latest episode of The Kardashians. The reality star, who welcomed her fourth child earlier this month, revealed she was expecting on the episode, and explained how the experience was in finding out the happy news.

“It happened on Valentine’s Day,” she said of conceiving the new addition. “I mean, people would always tell say to us, ‘When you stop trying, it’s just going to happen.’”

“We stopped doing IVF probably two months before our wedding and so it took a year for all those hormones and chemicals to get out of my system,” she continued. “We were not trying whatsoever. I wasn’t even checking my ovulation anymore. We decided to put it in God’s hands and thought it was just not happening. We were accepting of it and then… God’s plan.”

Kourtney also later added that it “truly feels like a miracle being able to be pregnant and have a baby with the love of my life.”

Kourtney and Travis’ new baby, a son, joins Travis’ son Landon, 20, daughter Alabama, 17, and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 24, who he shares with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. He also joins Kourtney’s sons Reign Aston, 8, and Mason Dash, 13, as well as her daughter Penelope, 11, all of whom she shares with ex Scott Disick. The blended family has spoken out various times about their excitement for the addition and many were spotted at the hospital after Kourtney gave birth.

Kourtney and Travis were married in 2022 and opened up about undergoing IVF treatments to help them have a baby. They paused the process and Kourtney confirmed they conceived naturally. “We just got pregnant naturally,” shes said. “It was an indescribable feeling. Shock, then super-happy, fear sets in, worry, but I remembered then to have gratitude.”

The concerned parent also opened up about having to have emergency fetal surgery in September. “That experience opened my eyes to a whole new world of pregnancy that I didn’t know about in the past,” she explained. “It was terrifying. And I learned that insurance typically only covers two ultrasounds when you’re pregnant, I had no idea. I’ve always been lucky enough to do more than what insurance covers, and it’s one of those ultrasounds that saved my baby’s life.”

Kendall Jenner’s been working on her food-cutting skills! Kylie Jenner posted a video on her Instagram Story of Kendall, 28, chopping onions for a Thanksgiving dish. “Kylie! F**k you,” Kendall laughed as she realized her younger sister was taking a video of her cutting an onion.

Kylie, 26, also tagged Kendall in the post and added a cucumber emoji, a clear reference to Kendall’s viral cucumber-cutting moment. “You’re doing a good job!” Kylie told her sister.

Kendall’s vegetable-cutting skills came into question after a May 2022 episode of The Kardashians aired. In the now viral scene, Kendall was trying to cut a cucumber in her kitchen and had a very interesting approach. The model turned down mom Kris Jenner’s offer to call the chef. “I’m making it myself,” Kendall said. “Just gotta chop up some cucumber, it’s pretty easy.”

The internet went wild over Kendall’s cucumber-cutting method. Kendall has laughed off the teasing from her siblings — Kim Kardashian trolled her sister in an American Horror Story scene — and even dressed up as a cucumber for Halloween in 2022.

Kendall addressed the viral cucumber moment during a recent episode of The Kardashians. “By the way, guys. I cut that cucumber safely,” she said. “So anyone who says I can’t cut a cucumber… it was sliced, it was cut.”

She added, “People really think it’s like a diss now. It’s like, you’re hanging out with her? She can’t even f**king cut a cucumber. You think that you’re offending me? ‘Cause you’re not. Like, who gives a sh*t? Seriously.” Kendall then said this was “the last thing I’ll say about this f**king cucumber thing.”

In a June 2023 interview, the 818 Tequila founder opened up about her cucumber-cutting skills. “Let me just say I successfully cut ‘The Cucumber,’” she told WSJ. “So if anyone says I cannot cut cucumber, I physically cut the cucumber and I did it tastefully. I didn’t hurt anybody. So I can cut cucumbers.” And she can cut other vegetables, too! Take that, haters!

The Kardashian-Jenners are keeping up with a Thanksgiving tradition.

Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner each shared a glimpse at their decadent feasts and decor in honor of the Nov. 23 holiday. Like other celebrations of the past, they went all out for this year’s dinners—which included everything from Thanksgiving staples such as macaroni and cheese and yams to decadent desserts including pie topped with whipped cream.

But that’s not all, as Kylie poked fun at Kendall’s viral cutting skills, praising her sister as she chopped up an onion.

In true Kardashian-Jenner fashion, their dining tables were also completely decked out in decorations. In addition to gorgeous place settings that would make any hostess proud, as seen in photos shared by Kim and Kylie, large bouquets of flowers and elegant candles lined each place setting. 

As for Kourtney, her table was also lined with white candles and included a gorgeous bouquet placed as the centerpiece.

And when it came to Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner, they both celebrated the holiday by simply sharing what they were most thankful for this year.

Sam Hunt, 38, is feeling “thankful” for welcoming his second child with his wife, Hannah Lee Fowler, 38. The country singer took to Instagram to share two new photos, including one photo that showed him and his spouse happily posing with their brood. He was holding their oldest child, daughter Lucy, 1, while he wore a white T-shirt under a jacket, black pants, and boots with a hat. Hannah was holding the infant, whose name they didn’t announce, while wearing a green sweater and jeans.

“Thank You Lord,” Sam shared in the caption. Shortly after he posted the announcement photo, fans took to the comments to send well wishes and congratulations. Others complimented the family snapshot, which was taken outside near a building made partly of bricks.

In addition to the family photo, Sam shared a photo of him and Hannah posing with others as they sat on top of horses outside. They all flashed smiles and appeared to be happy. It’s unknown if the photos were taken this week or before that, but the lovebirds have seemed to be enjoying their new role as parents of two.

Before Sam and Hannah’s second child was born, the couple reconciled four months after Hannah filed for divorce in February 2022 and accused her husband of being “guilty of adultery.” After she asked for primary custody of their unborn child, she asked the court to dismiss the divorce filing in April 2022. Since the headline-making on-again, off-again split, both Sam and Hannah have been pretty private about their life together.

Sam sometimes shares memorable moments of Lucy and has spoken publicly about being a dad. “Being out here in the music business and being out on the road has sort of hardened my heart. It’s amazing how that little girl melted that all away overnight,” he said about the tot’s influence while on stage during a performance. The proud dad also wrote that she’s “worth far more than rubies” in a previous Instagram post.

Sam and Hannah have been married since 2017. They met while attending the University of Alabama at Birmingham together and dated on and off before getting engaged.

The Dallas Cowboys and Washington Commanders game on Thanksgiving was all about Dolly Parton. The country icon performed during halftime and slayed in a Dallas Cowboys cheerleading outfit. The 77-year-old looked fabulous in a bedazzled Dallas Cowboys cheerleader ensemble, including the signature blue crop top and tiny white shorts.

“Well, hello, Dallas! Dolly does Dallas. You like my outfit?” Dolly asked the crowd when she made her grand entrance. Dolly performed her hits “Jolene” and “9 to 5” before closing out with a Queen mashup of “We Are the Champions” / “We Will Rock You” from her rock album Rockstar. The Cowboys went on to beat the Commanders 45 to 10.

Ahead of the halftime performance, Dolly gushed to USA Today that her husband Carl Dean is a “big sports fan,” and he’d be tuning in for the game. “I’m going to be dressed to the nines. I’m going to be kind of representing the Dallas Cowboys,” she said.

Dolly has become one of music’s most influential artists over the course of her decades-long career. Despite being 77, Dolly has no plans to slow down whatsoever.

“I would never retire. I’ll just hopefully drop dead in the middle of a song onstage someday. Hopefully, one I’ve written. But that’s how I hope to go,” she said on Greatest Hits Radio in July 2023. “Of course, we don’t have much of a choice in that. But as long as I’m able to work, as long as my health is good and my husband is good. I mean, the only way that I would ever slow down or stop would be for that reason. But in the meantime, I’m gonna make hay while the sun shines.”

The Grammy winner still has dreams she wants to see become reality. She’s constantly thinking of how she can grow.

“I always believe that if you’ve wanted your dreams to come true and you are lucky enough to have that happen, then you’ve got to be responsible because you gotta keep the dream alive,” Dolly said in the interview. “And every dream kind of spawns another dream. You can branch off of almost anything that happens and make a business of that as well. So it’s kind of like a tree with good roots — it’s got a lot of limbs and it’s also got a lot of leaves. So, why not make the most of it?”

It appears that Kanye “Ye” West and Bianca Censori are still going strong despite breakup rumors that surfaced earlier this month. The 46-year-old rapper was seen with his arm around Bianca at recent a party, which reportedly took place in Dubai. 

According to a fan’s Instagram video that was posted on November 23, the couple were spotted smiling and laughing while chatting with other partygoers. In a separate clip, they were seen watching other guests dance in the middle of the room. Ye was wearing an all-black outfit, while Bianca stunned in a metallic bikini top and a white miniskirt. 

Multiple social media users were elated to see the spouses together. One commented, “Wait is this recent? I hope so, I kept hearing they were [taking] a break! They good???”

Last week, The U.S. Sun reported that the “Stronger” artist and the architectural designer were “taking a break” due to her family’s concerns about their relationship. 

“Her family has never been a fan of Ye, and those close to her have questioned whether marrying him was the right decision,” a source told the outlet on November 17. “Kanye said they’ve been taking a breather since mid-October, and his only focus right now is the music. He’s really keen to get this new record out with Ty Dollar $ign.” 

The insider pointed out that Bianca “has been one of the most patient people ever to deal with him” and has “been all about Ye.” However, the source explained that the “relationship has taken its toll on her a bit, with everyone having their opinion” even though Ye “has been a lot happier and more focused with her around.” 

The news came one month after a separate report claimed that the Grammy Award winner had a “set of rules” for the Yeezy employee to follow. “Kanye has a set of rules for Bianca, which includes never speak and wear what he wants her to wear,” an insider told Daily Mail in October. “She is also required to eat certain food items and to work out even though Kanye doesn’t work out.” 

Ye and Bianca reportedly tied the knot in late 2022, surprising fans everywhere because the “Jesus Walks” rapper had just finalized his divorce from ex-wife Kim Kardashian. 

Survivor fans might recognize one of the 465 contestants on Squid Game: The Challenge. Jessica “Figgy” Figueroa from season 33 of Survivor, Millennials Vs. Gen X, is on Netflix’s new reality series inspired by its scripted Emmy Award-winning show. Figgy and 464 other people are competing to win $4.56 million, the largest single cash prize in game show history. Figgy didn’t win Survivor, but maybe she’ll have better luck on Squid Game: The Challenge.

Figgy was revealed to be a cast member on Squid Game: The Challenge when the first five episodes dropped on Netflix November 22. The 30-year-old spoke to Entertainment Weekly about how she got casted on the new show.

“One of my fiancé’s coworkers sent me, ‘You should apply for this show.’ I was like, ‘Maybe I should. I love the series,’ ” she said. “I am pretty impatient — I reached out to my fiancé, ‘Should I apply for the show’. And didn’t hear back from him in time, so I sent in a 60-second video and I was like, ‘Too late. I sent it in.’ Didn’t think twice about it and I didn’t put too much effort into it either. And now I’m here.”

Figgy was on Survivor.

Figgy competed on Survivor: Millennials Vs. Gen X which aired in the fall of 2016. The season split the cast up into two tribes based on their age, and Figgy, then 23, was on the “Millennials” tribe. Figgy formed a showmance with Taylor Lee Stocker, which made her a target and caused her to be voted out during the sixth episode. Figgy and Taylor briefly dated after the show until Figgy learned that Taylor was having a baby with another woman.

Figgy announced her engagement to boyfriend Austin Dirk on November 2. The couple got engaged while they were on a hike together. Figgy shared photos from the romantic proposal to her Instagram. “Went hiking and found a rock with my person 💍🪨🤍 I can’t wait to marry you!!! 🤗 @austindirks #datsmyfiancé,” she wrote.

Sequels, prequels and reboots have become Hollywood’s biggest moviemaking move; some projects are successful, and some flop. Fans have been pining for a Nightmare Before Christmas sequel, and after the film celebrated its 30th anniversary this year, viewers are asking whether they could eventually see a Nightmare Before Christmas 2 hit the big screen. 

Will There Be a ‘Nightmare Before Christmas’ Sequel? 

Tim Burton — the creator of the original 1993 film — clarified that he currently has no plans to continue Jack Skellington’s story during a 2023 interview with PEOPLE. 

“To me, the movie is very important,” Tim explained. “I’ve done sequels, I’ve done other things, I’ve done reboots, I’ve done all that s**t, right? I don’t want that to happen to this. It’s nice that people are maybe interested [in another one], but I’m not.” 

Fans weren’t convinced, however, because the filmmaker jumped on board to direct the Beetlejuice sequel, Beetlejuice 2. Nevertheless, as the brains behind Halloween Town, Tim has not given the sequel the green light. Not only that, but director Henry Selick acknowledged Tim’s perspective during an interview with the same outlet in October 2023. 

“I think Tim in particular feels like, why mess with that?” Henry noted. “He certainly doesn’t need to make more money from a sequel. He has had so many other successes, and so far, nobody’s come up with a great idea for a sequel. And I still think that Tim gets to decide. I don’t think there’s any idea that would convince him.” 

The Walt Disney Company released a sequel to the film in the form of a book, which is titled Long Live the Pumpkin Queen, in 2021. 

Is There a ‘Nightmare Before Christmas’ Prequel? 

During Henry’s PEOPLE interview, the Coraline director noted that since a sequel might not be possible, a prequel could “be more interesting” to create. 

“There might be a more interesting story there about how Jack became the King of Halloween Town,” Henry said. Actor Chris Sarandon — who voiced the character of Jack — is “absolutely” on board to do either a prequel or a sequel. “To quote Henry, ‘F**k yeah,’ ” Chris said. “If there were a sequel, I’d be there in a minute.”

Are They Making a Live-Action ‘Nightmare Before Christmas’?
