Now that we’re right in the middle of spring with summer not too far away, it’s the perfect time to give your beauty and skincare routine a bit of a refresh. Since April 22 is Earth Day, why not try incorporating more clean and sustainable beauty products into your routine?

Lili Reinhart and Spencer Neville found love in the desert.

The two were seen getting close at Coachella 2022 and a source close to the Riverdale star exclusively told E! News that the two are “casually seeing each other.”

“It’s very new but she’s really into him,” the source said. “They met through the industry and were introduced together by a few friends. Lili and Spencer spent the entire weekend together at Coachella and had a lot of fun.”

The source said that they had fun at the festival and were “very playful together.” Photos of the two together showed Lili holding onto Spencer’s arm as they ventured through the festival. Spencer kept by her side in a matching outfit, sporting white pants and shirt with a coral button up shirt while Lili wore a pink top and a lightweight jacket in various shades of pink.

“Lili has been spending a lot of time focusing on herself and Spencer has been the first person since her breakup that she’s been really into,” the source added. “Everyone around her says she seems very happy right now and her friends think Spencer is great.”

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker brought along all of their Mouseketeers for a day at Disney—and there’s adorable photo proof!

Kourtney took to Instagram on April 20 to show off some pictures from her birthday celebration at Disneyland, which occurred on April 18. The photo album included a whole lot of family fun with two group shots of Kourtney and Travis alongside Alabama Barker, 16 and Landon Barker, 18, (who Travis shares with ex-wife Shanna Moakler) Atiana De La Hoya, 23, (who Shanna shares with ex Oscar De La Hoya) and Reign Disick, 7, who Kourtney shares with ex Scott Disick.

Kourtney and Scott’s two oldest children—Mason Disick, 12 and Penelope Disick 9—were also on hand, though they missed the family portrait.

The post also featured a snapshot of Reign with a stuffed animal, a closeup look at a Mickey-shaped treat, views of the park, Kourtney’s Minnie and Mickey Mouse-themed birthday cake and a photo of Kourtney and Travis hugging one another close in front of Sleeping Beauty’s castle. 

Nutrition

Alexander underwent three diets throughout his transformation: the build-up phase, the cutting cycle and the maintenance cycle, according to Magnus. “The build-up phase [is] when you want to build as much muscle mass as possible and don’t care about the fat. That’s when you overeat calories a little bit,” he explained. “Then, you have a cutting cycle when you eat, you’re in a calorie deficit. That’s when you want to maintain all that muscle mass and lose some body fat.”

As for the maintenance cycle, which Alexander was on while filming, “that’s when you really want to dial it in and make sure that you keep that low body fat and high muscle mass and the foods are more or less the same,” Magnus said.

Although there are more food restrictions within the last two cycles, including no fast carbs or sugars, Magnus noted that Alexander did indulge once in a while.

“There’s also room there to enjoy life a little bit,” said Magnus, whose favorite foods include smoked salmon and avocado. “We took the weekends off and had a glass of wine and cooked dinner.”

The return of Selling Sunset might have us joining Team Christine.

In season five of the addicting real estate reality show, premiering April 22 on Netflix, Christine Quinn finds herself on the outs with all of the other women at Oppenheim Group. It’s never easy being the outcast, and Christine says it hasn’t been fun being shunned.

“I think the thing they get wrong about me is that I’m just like everyone else. We have this thing up here that is our brain, and we have this thing here that’s our heart,” Christine shared for Netflix’s first digital cover for their Tudum site, which E! News has an exclusive first look at. “I think the hardest thing is you’re seen one way, and then people don’t realize that you have feelings. People make mistakes and it’s okay.” 

Christine’s co-workers reject the idea that they’ve done anything wrong, however.

“I hate that we’re being portrayed as mean girls this season,” Heather Rae El Moussa said of what’s to come for season five drama.

Emma Hernan took it one step further, saying that Christine is attempting to spin an unsuccessful narrative.
