Burnley have re-signed striker Ashley Barnes from Norwich on a deal until the end of the season.
The 35-year-old, who previously played for the Clarets between 2014 and 2023, rejoins Scott Parker’s side with them sitting second in the Championship table.
He has already been promoted to the Premier League on three occasions.

“It feels fantastic to be back home,” Barnes told Burnley’s website.
“Burnley has been a massive part of my life for over a decade, and I can’t wait to pull on the claret shirt again.”
Barnes has scored 80 Premier League goals for the Lancashire club, with his best season coming in 2018-19 when he managed 12.
His long-time Clarets strike partner Chris Wood is having a renaissance at Nottingham Forest this season, scoring 11 times by Christmas.
Burnley face rivals Blackburn Rovers in the early kick-off on Saturday and could move level on points with leaders Leeds with a win.
“Ashley leaves with our very best wishes, and we thank him for his contributions over the last 18 months,” Norwich sporting director Ben Knapper said.
