Reps for Pitt didn’t immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.

A source close to the family confirmed to Page Six on Monday that Pax suffered “complex trauma” during the crash and faces a “long road to recovery” after being released from the ICU.

Another source told us that Pax has been in “multiple” e-bike accidents previously — and still doesn’t wear a helmet.

Pitt and Pax have been estranged for years in light of the “Seven” actor’s brutal divorce from Angelina Jolie.

Although it has become abundantly clear that the former couple’s six kids remain primarily in the “Maleficent” actress’ care, the deep rift between Pitt and Pax only became public knowledge when the latter blasted him as a “despicable” parent on Father’s Day 2020.

“Happy Father’s Day to this world class a–hole!! You time and time again prove yourself to be a terrible and despicable person,” began the message.

“You have no consideration or empathy toward your 4 youngest children who tremble in fear when in your presence,” Pax continued, referring to Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 18, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 16. (Pax’s older brother, Maddox, is 23.)

A source exclusively told Page Six at the time that Pitt had “no reaction” to the post being made public.

“This is just unfortunate that people would keep trying to bring kids into things,” the insider shared.

“It’s been a long seven years and it’s unfortunate when people unnecessarily raise issues from so far in the past … and don’t take into consideration the impact it has on the whole family.”
