Best and worst performers from win vs. Lions
The New York Giants improved to 1-0 on the preseason following a 14-3 victory over the Detroit Lions at MetLife Stadium in Week 1 — a game they were never in danger of losing.
Although most starters didn’t play for either side, the Giants looked vastly improved from a year ago, especially along the offensive line, which largely impressed and surprised.
