Andrew Luck is making his next move

Former Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck is making his next move.

In 2019, Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck surprisingly retired at the age of 29. Across his six NFL seasons, Luck played at an elite level. He was a four-time Pro Bowl selection, and he led the league in passing touchdowns in 2014 (40).

On Monday, Bradford M. Freeman Director of Football David Shaw offered an update on Luck’s life after football on The Rich Eisen Show.

What is Andrew Luck doing after football?

According to Shaw, Luck will be returning to Stanford this fall to start graduate school. He is pursuing a Masters of Arts in Education, per The Stanford Daily.

“He has moved on, he’s starting grad school this fall,” Shaw said.

“Yeah, I don’t know if I was supposed to publicize that or not, but yes, he’s starting grad school this fall,” Shaw continued. “He and his wife Nicole are coming back out this way, and he’s just going to be around. He loves the Stanford environment, and he and his family are going to spend some time here and we can’t wait to be around him.”

Luck previously graduated from Stanford in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in architectural design.

Of course, Luck also had a tremendous college football career at Stanford. He was a two-time Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Year (2010, 2011). He finished second in Heisman voting in both 2010 and 2011. As a result, he was selected by the Colts with the first overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.
