Andre Iguodala: “In Philly, I had five, six coaches in 8 years”
Former Sixer Andre Iguodala believes that the lack of coaching stability in Philadelphia from 2004-2012 led to him being exhausted.
(via Gil’s Arena):
“In Philly, I had five, six coaches in 8 years. So every year that was the hardest part, every year you gotta prove yourself. I’m like, ‘This is getting exhausting.’ Every year I got a coach telling me like, ‘This is the way I see your game.’ Eddie Jordan’s only there for 6 months. Next coach, ‘This is my idea of your game.’ Next coach, ‘This is my idea of your game.’ I’m like, ‘This is getting exhausting!’”
