Arsenal fans all left saying the same thing following Scotland’s defeat to Ukraine
The performance of one man, in particular, caught the eye of the Arsenal fans during Scotland’s shock defeat to Ukraine.
Both sides had rumoured Gunners targets amidst their ranks, with Aaron Hickey handed his Scotland debut and Oleksandr Zinchenko starting in midfield for the visitors.
And it was Ukraine and Zinchenko who dominated the affair, with the Manchester City man picking up man of the match as he helped his side to a 3-1 win at Hamden Park, setting up a final play-off with Wales for a place at the World Cup in November.

Arsenal fans beg for move
And, in the aftermath of the Ukrainian’s performance, Arsenal fans took to Twitter in their droves to ask the Gunners hierarchy to pull the trigger on rumours that Zinchenko could be on the way to the Emirates Stadium this summer.

Zinchenko as an 8 is moving me I can’t lie

Arteta needs to do whatever it takes to bring Zinchenko to the carpet. Really impressive in midfield.

Get me Zinchenko at the carpet NOW.

Zinchenko clearly has all the attributes to be a very good midfielder & obviously we know he can play at LB as well. If he moves this summer, would be a big boost to any team looking to take that next step.

Zinchenko is absolutely sensational in midfield for Ukraine. The best player on the pitch tonight by miles. If Man City are stupid enough to let him go, we should be right at the front of the queue. His technical level is insane.

I’ve seen enough, sign Aaron Hickey & Zinchenko right now, @arsenal.

Zinchenko ran that game, unreal performance.
