Anthony Davis reacts to his shooting woes in Game 2
After dropping 40 points in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals, Anthony Davis had a tough shooting night in Game 2.
The 30-year-old forward was 4-of-15 from the field (1/3 from the tree) as he scored 18 points and grabbed 14 rebounds. The Lakers lost the game 103-108.
During the postgame press conference Davis was asked specifically about his three-pointers, but also spoke about his overall shooting.
“I liked both of the looks,” he said about the two missed three-pointers. “Made the first, second was back rim and the next one the same exact spot rims in and out. So I like all the looks that I got today. Just a lot of them short. I’m going to continue to shoot those shots. So I got to be better, more efficient to help the team win.”
