Details about the former couple’s reported divorce settlement were not shared publicly. In his divorce filing, Josh asked that Christina pay him spousal support, a request she slammed in her own legal filing.
“It is my understanding that Josh has his own income,” Christina—who shares kids Taylor, 14, and son Brayden, 9, with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and son Hudson, 5, with second ex-husband Ant Anstead—wrote in a July 2024 declaration, “and therefore he should not need any spousal support from me.”
Josh had originally joined Christina, Tarek and his wife Heather Rae El Moussa on HGTV’s The Flip Off, which premiered in January, before he exited the show after one episode following the breakup. On the series, Christina spoke to Tarek about the split, which was allegedly encouraged by their children.
“The kids literally asked me to leave,” she said. “They told me he’s not nice to me. Why would I stick around?”
